Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping processing time - all times are estimates and not guaranteed. All orders are processed within 1-10 business days (Business days are counted as Monday thru Friday. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days). Orders are not shipped on holidays.
If we are experiencing high volumes or orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Any items with free shipping, White Birch & Co. will choose the best method.
Shipping confirmation and tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number(s). Tracking information is usually available 24 hours after shipping.
Damages: White Birch & Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Product defects: Int eh unfortunate event you receive a transfer(s) with a defect, please reach out and we will be happy to assist you. We will process a refund for the defective item(s). If you would prefer a replacement in place of a refund.
Item shortage policy: In the unlikely event you discover a missing item, we will provide you with a shop credit as a resolution.
Package missing AFTER delivery: White Birch & Co.'s coverage does not extend beyond the "delivered" status. Any issues arising after the package is marked delivered, this will fall on the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Once the package is marked delivered, we consider our responsibility fulfilled and any subsequent issues are to be address with the shipping company.
Please save and photograph all packaging materials and damaged good before filing a claim.
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
