Each of our items are made to order therefore due tot he personalized and custom nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if we made an error on your order, please reach out to us via email at whitebirchandco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order for a resolution.

Exchanges: ALL SALES ARE FINAL with an exception if White Birch & Co. shipped the incorrect item or the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We require a picture of the item sent and/or damaged along with a brief note describing the issue. If item was damaged in shipping, you are also required to send a picture of the damaged shipping box/package. Please email us at whitebirchandco@gmail.com.
Shipping: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
In the rare instance we make any exceptions, the buyer will be responsible for paying for any and all shipping costs associated with sending the product back to the shipper. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returned packages from shipping carrier: Addresses are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If your package is returned to us, please contact us within 7 days of the item being marked return to sender to submit payment to have the package re-shipped. If shipping fees are not submitted within 7 days of delivery being returned the item will be marked as abandoned and destroyed.
